Polola is developed and published by Sabino Aguad and Palta Studio.

Your privacy is important to us. Polola has been designed to process your photos locally on your device and to collect as little information as possible.

Photos

Polola accesses photos only when you choose to open or save an image.

All photo processing is performed locally on your device. Your photos are not uploaded, transmitted, stored, or processed on servers operated by Palta Studio.

Polola does not have access to your entire photo library unless you explicitly grant access through iOS.

Data Collection

Polola does not collect personal data.

Polola does not collect or transmit:

• your photos or videos;

• your name or contact information;

• your location;

• device identifiers;

• usage data;

• advertising data; or

• browsing or tracking information.

Polola does not require you to create an account.

Analytics, Advertising and Tracking

Polola does not use third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking technologies.

Polola does not track you across apps or websites.

Data Storage and Retention

Because Polola does not collect or transmit personal data to Palta Studio, we do not maintain a database of user information and there is no personal data stored on our servers to retain or delete.

Photos and edited images remain on your device and are managed through iOS and your photo library.

Third Parties

Polola does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.

Your use of your Apple device, the App Store, iCloud, and other Apple services is subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
